We work collaboratively, following many of the principles of ISO 44001. The end-users\/problem sponsors, members of MEXE, and all other stakeholders are partners on a task; we succeed together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This approach is particularly important to MEXE, as many organisations offering support, and government clients themselves, believe that all innovation is now in the private sector; we know that is not true, and know that the MOD and other departments have impressive in-house technical capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We apply the partnership approach internally too. Rank has its place, but that is not in solving problems or in innovation management. We have no ranks or grades within MEXE – we are all members (including the Director and the General Counsel).
